How is the book personalised?
Your child's first name appears throughout the story and on the cover, you choose their illustrated character, and your personal message is printed inside.
How long does personalisation take?
Books are personalised within 24 hours. During exceptionally busy periods, this may take up to 48 hours.
How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order.
Can I change my order?
Because every book is personalised, orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled once production has started. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can.
What if my book arrives damaged?
If a book arrives damaged, faulty, or we've made a mistake, we will put it right. Email us with your order number and a photo.
