Returns & refunds

Because each book is printed with your child's name, character and message, personalised orders are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel once production has started.

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint or refund it — you won't need to pay postage.

If we've printed something differently from what you submitted, we'll replace it free of charge. If the details submitted contained a typo, contact us quickly — if the book hasn't gone to print we can usually correct it.
